2hr Puppy Consult (Age: 1-6 months)

Service Description

During session we cover puppy raising tips, and we practice lifestyle behaviour work using balanced, moderate, and relationship-based methods. Body language and tone account for much of how dogs interpret your communication, as well as the way in which you manage your home environment, outdoor walks and interactions, and etc. It is important to create as much stability, routine, structure, clarity, calmness, napping schedules, loving leadership early on, so ultimately you become a loving, trusted parent to your pup. Topics include structure such as: toilet training, crate work, gentle leash work, and other areas. We also address unwanted behaviours such as nipping, excessive chewing, tips on home environment set-up, and socialisation. Of course, getting you started on bonding and forming healthy attachment (relationship) is the main focus. We can't do it all in 2 hours, so you will always have the option to book a follow-up to learn how to teach specific skills later down the track.

Cancellation Policy

A note about bookings: I am happy to reschedule bookings at the client's request as I understand that life happens. I don't charge any fees for re-scheduling. However, as small business is inherently filled with ups and downs, to enable me to continue offering these services without interruption, I ask a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder payable at session's end. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will lose half of your booking deposit. Rescheduling is free, and of course you will get your full deposit returned if you cancel with enough notice, or you experience circumstances outside of your control on the day of your booking.
